After more than four decades in banking and real estate finance, I have learned that successful financing is built on experience, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of both the asset and the people behind it.
What attracted me to Capital 27 is its entrepreneurial and independent approach to advisory. Particularly in real estate, financing situations have become increasingly complex, requiring not only access to capital but also experience in structuring transactions and finding pragmatic solutions.
Throughout my career, I have worked with developers, investors, banks, and investment firms across a wide range of real estate transactions and financing situations. I see Capital 27 as a platform where this experience can add value to clients and the team alike.
