Capital 27 launched

Dr. Daniel Schmidt has launched Capital 27 Investment Group, an independent finance boutique advising corporate and real estate clients on capital structure and financing-related matters.

The activities of Capital 27 are structured around three areas:

• Advisory – debt advisory and capital structure advice

• Investments – selective club deals and co-investments

• Special Situations – advisory support in complex or transitional capital situations

Capital 27 maintains offices in Frankfurt am Main and Zug, Switzerland. The Swiss office is led by Stefan Fischer, a long-standing corporate finance specialist.

Dr. Daniel Schmidt has more than 20 years of experience in private, corporate and real estate investment banking. Capital 27 was founded to provide independent advice with a long-term perspective.
